Asset Management Group of Commercial Enterprises, Shanxi Province (AGCE) was founded by the approval of Shanxi People's Government. It is a state-owned exclusive investment corporation which is authorized by Department of Commerce, Shanxi Province to perform found-provided and supervisory authority of 30 commercial enterprises at the provincial level.
